Suits: Bedrooms, home offices, single rooms, granny flats, or replacing an old unit one room at a time. Pros: Lower upfront cost, quicker install, each unit runs independently.
Ducted
Suits: Whole-home cooling and heating from one system. Renovations, new builds, or replacing an existing ducted system. Pros: Cleaner look, smart zone control, more efficient across a full home.
Service & Maintenance
Suits: Systems that are due for a clean, or that have not been serviced in a while. Pros: Keeps airflow and efficiency up, keeps filters and coils clean, and helps the system last longer.

DUCTED AIR CONDITIONERS
Whole-home reverse cycle systems designed around your floor plan. Daikin and Samsung are the ducted brands we lead with, and we're a Daikin Specialist Dealer. Smart zone control through AirTouch and ZoneTouch lets you set different temperatures in different rooms, so the kids' rooms stay cool while the lounge stays a bit warmer. One system heats and cools the whole home, and zoning means you only run the rooms you are using. Ducted costs more upfront, so we have written up what changes the price of ducted air conditioning before you get anywhere near a quote. Plenty of homes run both: ducted through the living areas and a split in a garage, granny flat or home office.
Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance
We handle air conditioning servicing Gold Coast-wide, for split systems and ducted systems alike, with nearly 800 recorded service jobs behind us. A well-maintained air conditioner runs more efficiently, uses less power and lasts longer, and units that go too long between cleans can harbour mould, mildew, bacteria and dust that gets blown straight into your home every time the system runs. How often yours needs doing depends on how hard it works and where it sits: a doctors surgery needs it far more often than a split in a spare bedroom, so we work the interval out with you rather than applying one rule to every system. Servicing covers filter cleaning, cleaning of accessible coils, the condensate drain, airflow and operating checks, the outdoor unit, controls and electrical connections. We look after systems we installed as well as systems installed by others.
