What size split system do I need for my room?
As a general guide, a small bedroom needs 2.5kW, a standard bedroom or office 3.5kW, a medium living area 5.0kW, and a large open-plan space 7.0kW or more. Gold Coast humidity means oversizing isn't always better. We'll measure the room and recommend the right capacity.
Which split system brand should I choose?
Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric have established warranty support in Australia and are our most common recommendation for living areas. Fujitsu and Panasonic are strong mid-range options. We'll match the brand to your priorities (noise level, energy efficiency, warranty length or purchase price).
How long does the installation take?
A straightforward single-room install is usually completed in 4 to 6 hours. More complex installs (long pipe runs, high walls, multi-storey homes) can take a full day. We'll give you the expected timeframe in the quote.
Do you remove my old air conditioner?
Yes. We remove and dispose of your old unit responsibly, including degassing the refrigerant where applicable. There's no additional fee for this on most replacement jobs.
