We work for commercial clients, builders and property managers, from single fault callouts to full electrical packages on multi-unit developments. Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
Shop, office and hospitality fit-outs from rough-in to fit-off: lighting layouts, power, data, switchboards and final certification. Examples include a heritage-listed refurbishment in Kangaroo Point, a full electrical package for a childcare centre new build at Tallebudgera, and office refurbishments across the Gold Coast. We work in live premises where needed and stage the work around your trading hours.
New builds and developments with builders
We deliver complete electrical packages for builders: multi-unit residential, townhouse projects, factory units and warehouses. Our work includes a 17-unit development at Yatala, a new unit complex at Stapylton, an apartment project in Surfers Paradise and a lobby lighting and electrical upgrade across 19 residential buildings in Southport. We price from drawings, hold our program dates and handle variations with written scopes, which is why builders keep us on their sites for years. Planned maintenance and service
Ongoing electrical maintenance for commercial premises. We set up annual maintenance arrangements for clients who want testing, repairs and small works handled on a schedule rather than as faults. Appliance test and tag can run on the same schedule. Property managers use us across their rental portfolios for smoke alarm compliance, safety switch testing, fans, hot water and appliance faults, with photo reports back to your office, and a maintained schedule keeps you on the right side of your electrical safety duties as a business.
Lighting, power and data
Commercial lighting design and LED upgrades, emergency and exit lighting testing, dedicated power circuits, three-phase supply, and structured data cabling. Lighting upgrades are our single biggest commercial job type, and we can show you the expected running-cost saving before you commit.
Switchboards, mains and EV charging
Switchboard upgrades and replacements, mains upgrades and consumer mains extensions, and EV charger installation for workplaces and developments, single-phase and three-phase. Older commercial boards with ceramic fuses or no safety switches are the most common compliance failure we find, and we will tell you plainly what needs doing and what can wait.
Commercial air conditioning, fans and security
Through our air conditioning team we design and install split and ducted systems for commercial spaces, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems, and we are an authorised MadiMack service and warranty agent for heat pump and pool heating systems. We install Big Ass Fans for warehouses and factory units, including a 208-fan installation across a single site, and licensed CCTV and security systems (Security Licence 4672329).
