Vision Electrical is a Southport based electrical, air conditioning and CCTV contractor, working across the Gold Coast since 2010. We deliver for commercial clients, builders and property teams, both directly and as a subcontractor on builder projects.
Work is delivered by an employed team of licensed electricians and air conditioning technicians, backed by an established subcontractor network. Our core service area is the Gold Coast, with selected builder projects across Brisbane and licensed electrical work in Tweed and northern New South Wales.

What we deliver
Six core service areas for commercial, builder and property work.
Commercial electrical. Office, retail, hospitality and tenancy fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds. Priced from plans and delivered rough-in to handover, including switchboards, submains and three-phase power.
Lighting, power and data. LED lighting upgrades and controls, internal, external, car park and common-area lighting, dedicated and three-phase circuits, data and communications cabling, EV chargers and generator changeover systems.
Air conditioning and ventilation. Split system and ducted air conditioning, new installs, replacements and upgrades, servicing, commercial exhaust and ventilation, ceiling fans and large-diameter commercial and industrial fans.
CCTV systems. System design, supply and installation, wired and wireless cameras, multi-camera systems with NVR recording, remote viewing and mobile app setup.
Maintenance and repairs. Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs, switchboard, lighting and power maintenance, ongoing support for commercial and property clients.
Testing and compliance. RCD testing and safety switch upgrades, emergency and exit lighting testing, test and tag, smoke alarm installation and compliance, inspections, reports and documentation.
All work is completed by appropriately licensed tradespeople and tested to the applicable Australian Standards. Communications cabling is completed or supervised by registered cablers.
Delivery and systems
We run every job through simPRO cloud job-management software, so scheduling, job status, service records and reporting sit in one place. Commercial and property teams receive traceable documentation from the first work order or drawing set through to completion.
One system from work order to close-out: work is scheduled against crew capacity, status, site notes, photos and variations are tracked from the field, and attendance records, test results and completion reports are issued from the same job file. Clients can be given customer-portal access to view jobs, quotes and documentation on request.
Working with builders
Insurances, safe work method statements and licence documentation are supplied promptly for builder onboarding and prequalification. Licence, training, vehicle and equipment registers are maintained, and client referees are available on request.

Selected work
A selection of recent projects across commercial, residential and industrial work.
PIVOT industrial development, Yatala (2024-25). Full electrical package for a 17-unit industrial development, delivered from a nine-sheet drawing set through rough-in, fit-off, testing and handover, with follow-on tenant fit-outs including machinery circuits and three-phase outlets.
LUCIA residences, Scarborough, Brisbane (2023-24). Full electrical and home automation package for ten three-storey townhouses, delivered from rough-in through fit-off, testing and handover.
ALEXA boutique townhouses, Palm Beach (2022-23). Full electrical package for eight three-storey townhouses, with follow-on works including a three-phase upgrade, smoke alarms and CCTV.

Big Ass Fans. Managing fan installations for Big Ass Fans since 2020: large-diameter commercial and industrial fans across the Gold Coast and from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour.
